A SUNRNR using stored solar energy will be powering the showing of this film ... at night!
Come support the irony and enjoy an entertaining and informative look at energy in America: where we have been, our present predicament, a solution to our dependence on foreign oil.

This is so coooooool. :)
I have been looking for a way to show movies outdoors (on the side of a building or on a sheet strung between trees) where there is no power source.
A gas generator would have to be located at quite a distance because of the noise. How quiet is yours?
P.S. I'm sorry I missed the screening. (I just found your blog.)

No moving parts or burning so no noise at all, well maybe the tiny inverter cooling fan once in a while. Great application, but be warned, it's using modified, not pure sine wave inverter so you might see or hear a little "noise", usually nothing noticeable except to perfectionists. Worth a try, especially w/30-day satisfaction guarantee. The screening was fun, except some may not have heard or recognized that it was truly solar-powered at night. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you, Jenny
